Bring your little ghosts and goblins out to the mall to particpate in the mall wide Trick-Or-Treating Event on Friday, October 28th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The Noerr Programs will have a Halloween photo opportunity set up at the mall. They will begin taking photos at 4 pm. Q102 will host a costume contest.

Face masks permitted to be worn by ages 12 and under only. No toy weapons permitted.
